Project Overview

B&E Electric provided complete electrical, controls, and automation systems for the Rathdrum Lift Station upgrade. Our team delivered a full-scope solution encompassing power distribution, control panel fabrication, PLC programming, and instrumentation integration to support reliable and efficient wastewater operations for the City of Rathdrum.

Scope of Work

• Designed and built a custom UL 508A control panel to serve as the system’s operational hub.
• Furnished and installed all process instrumentation, including flow meters, radar level sensors, and pressure transducers for real-time monitoring and control.
• Provided and installed a standby generator system, ensuring uninterrupted operation during power outages.
• Supplied and installed electrical gear, including harmonic filters, motor control panels, and distribution equipment.
• Fabricated a structural gear rack with a weather-protected roof to support and safeguard all outdoor electrical assemblies.
• Implemented PLC and SCADA integration, enabling automated control, remote monitoring, and data acquisition.
